It’s been a long and tiring day in the brutal cold. You’ve suffered through a mighty battle, and saw several of your comrades fall on a bloody field. As you finally return to your camp, shivering despite your many layers, you reach for your Thermos Holder and pull back the cap to drink the hot brew. Your Thermos Holder has kept your beverage hot, and you are glad for the reprieve. With gratitude you sit beneath the protection of your tent, slowly regaining your strength and vigor.

DETAILS
Epic Armoury’s Thermos Holder is a leather-clad bottle designed for carrying refreshments without breaking character. The full-grain leather is dyed and cut to give it a neutral appearance while also being extremely durable, making this a perfect addition to any multitude of characters. With the correct leather care, you can expect it to withstand the abuse of heavy use. Easily carry this holder with you by using the adjustable leather strap over your shoulder. The strap has 16 punched holes and is 140 cm long measured to the middle hole to accommodate your height.

Store 1000 ml (or approximately 33.8 US fluid ounces) of hot or cold liquid inside the insulated steel bottle with a dual-function lid hidden beneath the leather flip lid, perfect for a drink or soup. When you need to clean the thermos between uses, simply pull it from the leather’s top.

Available in colours Black and Brown.

HISTORY
Bottles have been developed over a millennia, with early examples from Ancient Rome and China The word bottle comes from the Old French boteille, which is a word derived from the Latin word for “cask” Ancient bottles were often carried on a rope sling with a special knot

Natural leather products are very durable, but require regular maintenance with leather care products to stay flexible and to increase life-time. Make sure your leather products are kept dry when stored. Let wet leather dry naturally before treating. If frequently wet and dry, increase frequency of maintenance.

CLEANING
Clean by removing dirt with a hard brush, then gently rub on leather soap with a clean, damp cloth until the leather appears clean. Remove soap with a separate damp cloth to wipe away any soap residue and then use a dry cloth to wipe away any remaining water from the leather.

CONDITIONING
You should always condition leather after cleaning, since the soap will have removed some of its natural oils. Treat the leather with mink oil, olive oil, or beeswax polish with a clean cloth, gently rubbing a small amount of oil or polish in circles into the leather. Allow the leather to soak in the oil before wiping the leather with a final clean cloth to remove any excess residue.
