Feels utterly authentic 0 people found this helpfulThis gamebson really does have that authentic medieval feel about it. Just a nice thickness it will keep you warm in winter and warmer in summer, the detachable arms allow for breathing space in the arm pits and plenty of movement. The points all come with surprisingly spikey metal end caps that really look the part and make it easy to thread and tie up. My only word of caution would be in relation to sizing. Im 6ft 2" with a 44" chest and the Large is not big enough for me. It fits my wife perfectly though! I would recommend going for a size bigger than you think.
